What is NVC?
"Peace requires something far more difficult than revenge or merely truning the other cheek; it requires empathizing with the fears and unmet needs that provide the impetus for people to attack each other. Being aware of these feelings and needs, people lose their desire to attack back because they can see the human ignorance leading to these attacks; instead, their goal becomes providing the empathic connection and education that will enable them to transcend their violence and engage in cooperative relationships."
-Marshall B. Rosenberg
"I had come to know of NVC and the programmes arranged by Living Bridges through my research guide. I first attended a workshop with Aya Caspi. The facilitator and participants in the practice group were accommodative, non-judgmental; and I experienced a healthy space of warmth where I could learn to practise NVC. With every workshop, I've been able to learn something new and I am immensely grateful to the team for giving me this opportunity. These are people who practise what they preach!"

"I feel so grateful for Living Bridges in creating different learning and sharing platforms to support those in needs during this Covid crisis. Your team has firmly stood for the course that the center is established and for that I could get opportunities to learn and exercise my committing NVC and other useful trainings which I joined weekly within the last six months. I believe that this good intention has not only benefit me individual but also those who I am working with in the system."
